This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. Sixth Sense Strategy is a small consulting business. This site does not sell your information, and it does not share it with advertisers.

The booking form

If you request a call through the "Request a free call" form, we collect your name, your email address, how you'd like to be reached (phone or video), your phone number if you chose phone, the time you'd like to talk, and anything you choose to add in the optional note. We use this only to arrange the call. Requesting a call does not book it automatically. Kim reviews every request against her own calendar and approves it before anything is confirmed.

The "Ask us anything" chat

When the chat assistant on this site is live, it collects the questions you type in, so it can answer them. There is no account and no login. Before you can chat, the site runs a quick, invisible check to confirm you're a person and not an automated bot (see "Human verification" below); if that check passes, the site issues a short-lived token that lets you send a limited number of messages. That token is not tied to your name or any personal account.

If you run out of questions for the time being, the chat offers you the option to leave your email so Kim can follow up directly. That's optional, and it's the same email handling described in "Email inquiries" below.

Human verification (Cloudflare Turnstile)

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors apart from automated bots before starting a chat session. Turnstile runs invisibly. Most visitors never see or interact with anything from it. Turnstile processes a small amount of technical information to make that determination; it's built by Cloudflare with privacy as a stated goal, and it's covered by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum, which explains exactly what it collects and how.

Email inquiries

The "leave your email" line inside the booking section, and the fallback email form inside the chat widget, both ask for one thing: your email address. We use it to reach out to you. Nothing else is required. Both forms carry a hidden field meant only to catch automated spam submissions; real visitors never see it, and it is never read as information about you.

Hosting

This site, its forms, and its chat assistant all run on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare processes standard technical information (like IP addresses) as part of delivering and securing any website, the same way any hosting provider does.

Tracking and analytics

This site does not run analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or advertising tools of any kind. Nothing here follows you to other sites.

Cookies

This site does not set its own cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, described above, may use its own cookie as part of confirming you're a real visitor; that is covered under Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum linked above, not by anything Sixth Sense Strategy sets or controls.

Local storage

If the chat assistant reaches its daily or monthly limit of questions it can answer, this site stores one small piece of information in your own browser: a timestamp for when that limit resets. It holds no personal information, just a number. Its only purpose is to keep the chat bubble quiet on your next visit instead of inviting a question it can't answer yet, until the limit resets. That's up to 24 hours for the daily limit, or until the start of the next month for the monthly limit. This is stored only in your browser, never on our servers, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else.
