Who you'd be working with

I've built and sold a small business. I know what it takes to run one.

I've owned small businesses for over a decade.

I launched a community pottery studio with $20,000 and sold it 24 months later for $150,000. Not because of a clever idea. Because I built the systems that let it run without me standing in the room. A twelve month schedule that planned for the holiday rush before it arrived. Safety procedures for a room full of kilns and heavy equipment. We never had an incident. A program where students worked studio shifts in exchange for memberships, which solved staffing and community at the same time. I built out the space myself and saved $10,000 doing it.

Before that I grew a handmade art project from my kitchen table to 36 states and 9 countries, with coverage in Upworthy, The Huffington Post, and My Modern Met. No budget. Just knowing how to get people to care about something they'd never heard of.

So when I say I know what it's like when everything lands on you, I'm not guessing.

You already know what your business needs. I just help you build the systems to act on it.

What I've built

An AI assistant for a manufacturing company

Their team was losing hours to the same equipment questions. I built an assistant trained on their equipment manuals, with accounts set up by role for each team member and an escalation workflow for anything it couldn't answer. It handles the repeat questions so their people don't have to.

GlazeStock, for a working pottery studio

Studios lose money to dry materials they forgot they had and glazes they have to remake from scratch. I built an app that tracks stock, manages reordering, and calculates recipes. It's in daily use.

An interactive map for 15th Street Farm

I volunteer there. Their visitors are exactly the people who know the best spots in St. Pete, so I built a map where those recommendations live on the site instead of disappearing into conversation.

Nothing here came off a shelf. Each one was built around how that business actually runs. Yours would be too.
