I ran a small business for years. I know what it feels like to be the only person who has all the answers, and what it costs to carry that alone. I know the exhaustion of doing everything, and the quiet grief of realizing the business you built to give you freedom has become the thing that owns you.
I also believe something that shapes everything I do: women already know what they need. My job isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you get to what you already know, and build the systems that finally let you act on it.
